We specialise in improving governance. We help organisations develop meaningful strategies that connect with their teams, and review existing strategies to help maximise their impact. Where things need to change, we are unafraid to pose difficult questions.
We have conducted several governance effectiveness reviews that have resulted in transformation for organisations. We recognised that governance goes beyond policies and procedures, contracts and registers. In addition to assessing what you already have in place, we will also assess the leadership team’s effectiveness.
Independent governance audit
We offer a fresh pair of eyes because we recognise the import of governance, and the need to be ahead of not behind the curve. Leaders shouldn’t mark their own homework; it’s a sure-fire way to go wrong. It is indisputable that external auditors must be independent of their clients, and internal auditors must be independent of the colleagues they are auditing, however this is not always possible.
