What we do
Broadstairs Consulting is a crisis advisory boutique. We help businesses, individuals, and organisations to survive whatever comes their way and thrive in and after a crisis. We introduce mediation much earlier than almost every traditional dispute resolution practice. Contrary to the view that mediation is just a last-resort cost-saving measure, we believe in pre-empting conflicts for leaders who often struggle in such situations. By creating a forum for early intervention, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, address personnel and strategic issues effectively, and bridge the gap between legal and communications, offering leaders expert support and guidance.
